Meet Kelly Boswell

That’s why Kelly offers practical, respectful, research-supported trainings that help educators reclaim instructional time, reduce interruptions, and elevate student learning.

With over 30 years of experience as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, staff developer, university instructor, and district literacy specialist, Kelly partners with schools and districts nationwide to strengthen classroom management, boost engagement, and support teachers in creating thriving, joyful learning environments. She currently serves as a K–5 Instructional Coach, working side-by-side with teachers to refine practices and foster success for every student. Kelly has also authored professional books for educators and nonfiction children’s books, drawing on her deep classroom experience to inform her work.

Kelly understands that every classroom is a mosaic of students—each with unique backgrounds, strengths, and needs—and that “one size fits all” no longer works. She knows many students enter school still developing the social, emotional, and behavioral skills they need to learn successfully, and she believes in the profound impact teachers can have during the school day. Her approach blends practical strategies, humor, and inspiration, giving educators ready-to-use tools to build connection, calm, and confidence in any classroom.
